Every service on this page is performed by Dr. Birikov, with his hands, for a full hour. Nothing is delegated to an aide or a technician, and nothing is sent home as a photocopied sheet of exercises in place of treatment.
Modalities are not packages to be sold. They are tools chosen in the moment for what the tissue is doing. Most sessions use more than one, and the choice is made while his hands are on you, not when you book.

Before You Decide
How do I know which service or treatment is right for my condition?
You do not need to. Dr. Birikov assesses first, standing, moving, and with his hands, then selects the modality that matches what he finds. Patients who arrive asking for a specific technique often leave having had two others that were closer to the actual problem.
Can I combine multiple services in one session?
Most sessions already do. Dry needling, cupping, IASTM and manual release are frequently used within the same hour, in the order the tissue calls for. There is no per-modality charge and no package to select. The hour is the unit.
Do all services involve hands-on treatment?
Yes. Every service on this page is hands-on work performed by Dr. Birikov. The group offerings, Pancafit, Wim Hof Method workshops and seminars, are taught by him directly, with hands-on correction throughout.
